QuickHire Resumix format
The Quickhire resumix format is the input process used with some Federal Government position announcements. Like all other federal job formats, QuickHire has its own unique limitations and size requirements. Your application materials must comply with the QuickHire required format and keywords criteria to be approved by automated screening and be considered for further review. QuickHire is a very plain format with a severe size limitation.
Online formats are restrictive and each has different format and character size requirements. They can also be very difficult to complete correctly. - The input format is going to be in a plain layout without caps, italics, or any design characteristics like you might see with a regular resume.
- Pay attention to character counts in each section. MS Word may not be completely accurate in the character count. INCLUDE SPACES in the character count..
- There are no character count restrictions per QuickHire sections - instead the entire document has a size limitation of only 16,000 characters. That's not a lot of room to work with, especially compared to other federal formats.
- As in other federal formats, this is a plain style entry with no visual or style features.
QuickHire is unique, even for a federal input format and it has a severe size limitation, making data in QuickHire format almost useless for transfer to another format.
